i'm totally spamming dreamwidth today
Oct. 18th, 2013 10:09 pmI've gotten really obsessed with washi tape so I did a THING.
Before:

Boring set of KULLEN dressers from Ikea. They are black despite what my blueish grainy photo suggests (sorry).
After:

INSTANT CUTENESS
The washi tape was the exact perfect width, the same as the edge of the drawers! I thought about going around the entire edges but thought that might be overkill. This way it's just more of an accent. AND I LOVE GEOMETRIC STUFF. IT'S SO CUTE AND MAKES ME HAPPY EVERY TIME I HAVE TO GO INTO MY DRAWERS.
Anyway washi tape is this decorative masking tape-type stuff. It originates in Japan, I believe, (if the name is anything to go by) but it's popular all over now. I buy mine from Cutetape.com which I do recommend. I've gotten two orders from them now, they're very fast shippers!
