Despite the fact that I am a Crafting Goddess, sometimes even I make fatal flaws.

I finished the first of my cabled fingerless gloves, and while technically speaking, it came out great - it is wayyyyyy too small. D: It fits my hand, but barely. And it looks all stretched out and not pretty, lol.

But look how great it came out!



RLY PROUD OF MYSELF FOR MY AMAZING CABLE, FIRST TIME AND EVERYTHING!



Also, even though I HAAAAAAAATE seaming, I made myself do it really properly, and my seam came out almost invisibly. You can see it a bit in the ribbing part but in the stockinette part it is flawless if I may say so myself.

But... I REALLY REALLY HATE SEAMING so I am wondering if I just shouldn't buy some double-pointed needles and learn to knit small things in the round. And every part of my soul wants to make these fingerless gloves but the pattern calls for dpns and I was intimidated by the cabling.. but now I get cables, so I would just have to figure out dpns. I REALLY WANT THESE GLOVES.

Aww thanks! :D Don't they?? I really need them. I lasted about 10 minutes before I ran to ebay and bought some dpns so I can make them. I don't have a problem, really

I know! :( I need a tiny friend, haha. It's too late to undo them since I already cut the yarn. Oh well.
