decorating post

naushikaI spent the better part of my evening planning out what to do with my art in the living room. In my old place I had an Art Wall and I would have loved to do that again, but in my living room, the only open wall space like that happens to be the wall where my giant tv is.. the other walls have archways and windows. :[ So I had to come up with a new plan, and I decided to work around one of the ~natural features of the apartment, one of the neat archways.
Sorry in advance for the kinda crappy photos. I decided to start this project at 8:30pm (it's now around 11:30 at the time of writing this, lol, also I HAVEN'T EATEN DINNER YET B/C I WAS SO PREOCCUPIED WITH THIS) so they're all dark and stuff. Whenever I am more or less finished with the living room I'll take a series of nice photos in the sunlight.

Tadaaaaaaaa. I kinda wanted it to flow from one side to the other.. it starts higher on the left side then drifts down on the right.. IDK IT LOOKED GOOD IN MY HEAD.
I might move that clock to somewhere else. I'm thinking above the fireplace/on the chimney. So it's centrally located. IDK.
BONUS PHOTO of our fireplace in use for the first time and Coco enjoying it greatly :D
