naushikaSoooo I've just totally maxed out my available space on my server. I discovered this while in the middle of uploading Continuum caps. (And I figured out my capping problem, thanks to Angie!! so Being Human caps are forthcoming. Or, well, they were.)
The problem is there is just no more space to be had. We were planning on upgrading the server soon to another host anyway, which will add 100gb more space. That's really not a ton of space tbh, but if I can nab 25gb of that space for myself, then that's at least a few seasons of shows I can cap, which will buy me time.
I guess all these huuuuuuuuge screencap sites must be hosted at dreamwidth, who offers unlimited storage? Because I don't know how anyone could afford all that space otherwise. Even so, I'm really not keen on spending ten bucks a month just to host some screencaps. I really don't care about screencapping that much. I just already had all this website space I wasn't really using anymore, so that's why I started capping in the first place.
I don't want to just offer zips of caps because I hate that, I never download zips of caps myself, galleries are where it's at.
I would totally just donate my caps/become a contributer to some cap site out there if there were any sites that didn't fundamentally annoy me on some level, lol.
tl;dr caps are on hold until this server upgrade happens, at the very least.
