I started watching a new show: 12 Monkeys. I saw the movie it's based off of like.. a decade ago. Or more. I barely remember the movie but I get the feeling the show is also very loosely based on the original plot anyway. I'm only 4 episodes in but I'm already super hooked?? Time travel is one of my favorites and I'm a little MAD that I never heard of this show until now, when it has actually been done and over for a couple years. But at least I have 4 seasons of goodness to watch. Also, lord help me, but I immediately started shipping the two main characters from episode one, but considering the way they are writing them I feel that is the point so I'm not too mad about it.



Scenes like this are simply my kryptonite and I am helpless against them.

There's also a tinge of surreality with watching the show, which is completely unintended. But the show is about preventing a pandemic that kills billions of people, and it was made pre-covid.

Anyone else watch this show? I read very little about it online so as not to spoil myself but from what I read, it gets even better as it goes along. Which is exciting because I already like it a lot.

Ohhh I love this one, I watched it from when it first started airing and it never let me down right until the final ep. <3

Funnily enough, i downloaded this a couple of weeks ago as i've heard so many good things, and it has Stevie from Schitt's creek, which is the greatest character from the greatest show so that was a buy in!

I might end up starting that this week, so glad to hear you're liking it!!

Hah, what a coincidence!! I was also surprised to see Stevie in it, and she is so wildly different. My boyfriend didn't even recognize her for a whole season, I had to be like "so do you know who that is?" then he was like omg. She is very fun in this.

Yess start it!! I just finished season 1 last night. I'm really trying to pace myself haha.

Still haven't started, but i'm sure once i do, it will go fast!
