Dear Yuletide Author,

Thank you so much for being here and for writing me a story. I'm very excited to receive something from one of my smaller but very much loved fandoms.

First up, some general DNWs:

- pure fluff
- songfic
- extreme gore (anything beyond canon-typical)
- graphic depictions of rape (it can be a part of a story if it's necessary for the plot but I just don't want to read my chosen characters getting raped)
- character death

I really don't have that many DNWs, I'm pretty easy to please. Here are some general things I enjoy:

And here are my requests, with more specific fandom-related info:

Law & Order Criminal Intent
Characters requested: Alexandra Eames, Robert Goren
Option chosen: My gift must feature all of my chosen character tags

To me, Criminal Intent is about Goren and Eames. Bobby and Alex. I love everything about their partnership. Bobby is the wacky genius and Alex is his muse and interpreter. Together they are one of the best crime solving duos put to TV. I love them both platonically and romantically! I love it when they're so in tune they're having whole conversations just through looks. I love it when they're clashing and angsty but resolve it by the end. I love it when they realize how much they need each other. (They really set off my codependency kink.)

Here's a few prompt ideas:

- Where did Alex's bird Polly come from? (RIP Polly.) I like to imagine the bird was a "witness" in a case and it just stuck around.
- Post-season-10 continuation. I love all fics in this form - the continuing adventures of Goren and Eames.
- Nicole Wallace targeting Alex, or playing with her to piss off Bobby, or she's simply moved her focus to Alex, or some similar type of scenario. Nicole should be more interested in the one person who manages to hold Bobby's partnership and loyalty.
- Post episode, Homo Homini Lupus. Alex shoots and kills a guy and it's barely a footnote in the episode! Is this her first time killing someone? How does she cope (and how does Bobby help her cope)?

Jericho (2006)
Characters requested: Jake Green, Heather Lisinski

Jericho is one of my all time favorite shows. There was just something special about the format - a small, sleepy little town deals with the dystopian reality of nuclear war. I really loved seeing the characters in this setting have to adapt and react, and how they grew closer together, or how clashes and conflict arose as a result of their circumstances. The ingenuity of survival when cut off from resources. Their own little war with a neighboring town. The political intrigue development. The realistic roving bands of mercenaries and pop up armies claiming political power for themselves, and how Jericho and its townsfolk were caught in the middle of it all. As for Jake and Heather - These two the ultimate canon missed opportunity OTP of mine. I just love them together - kind of a classic grumpy-sunshine pairing. Heather had a way of making Jake smile or laugh that none of the other characters really ever did. And Jake was really unable to scare Heather off - she is one of the only people in Jericho that could see immediately what kind of person Jake is. I love that they're both so smart and resourceful in their own ways, which makes them work so well together in the apocalypse. And I do ship them, but I enjoy non-ship-fic as well, featuring their friendship/partnership (because they make great partners at multiple points in the show).

Here are some prompts/ideas:

- Jake and Heather go off into the woods together (hunting? gathering supplies? recon on New Burn?) and they get lost/trapped/snowed in.
- Babyfic - Jake would make the most anxious dad-to-be ever. Alternatively, Jake and Heather end up caretakers for some random baby and grow closer as a result.
- Heather goes with Jake to Rogue River, and one of them gets hurt during the trip for a little hurt/comfort.

Evil (TV 2019)
Characters requested: Kristen Bouchard, David Acosta

Evil is such a wonderful little gem of a show (and sorely under-appreciated). I adore any show that has the intersection (and clashing) of science versus religion/spiritual/paranormal, and Evil brings it to the table, as well as great character arcs: the slow opening of the skeptic's mind that there's more than meets the eye, the self-questioning of the believer. And as for Kristen and David together, I am a complete sucker for this type of dynamic - the spiritual man and the practical woman. I love the push-pull they have throughout, as they both grow to something more than they once were. I love their simmering sexual tension - these two are just hot together. But plenty of room for pining, angst, and just general friendship too.

Some prompts/ideas:

- Continuing adventures of Kristen and David in Rome!
- Undercover as a married couple. This could either be shippy, or it could be awkward and tense and delightfully angsty.
- Actual sex scene between the two and not just a vision. :)
