Spoilers for recent events of these shows.

Sleepy Hollow

- Katrina annoys me basically always but if she goes evil I will really enjoy it. Maybe she will pair up with Henry and they will wreak havoc! That would be really fun and I hope that is the route they go.

- The Ichabod/Abbie karaoke scene from a previous episode was the highlight of the season tbh

- I still just can't with these two



- Is the hot angel Orion coming back at any point? Ngl I kind of ship Abbie/Orion. Also I discovered he's played by the guy who played the lovable hot British dork Evan on Beauty and the Beast before that show turned awful and I stopped watching.

- Is Halley gone for good? Is Halley his name or is it Halling? I never figured that out and I never cared enough to. He is the blandest, most boilerplate character ever created tbh, I legit hated his dumb presence, and if he's actually gone forever I'll be so so happy. Please.. never come back. I'm really hoping the writers realized what a pointless addition he is and how much he just brought the whole dynamics of the show down. 80% of any displeasure I've had with Sleepy Hollow this season is due to Generic White Smartmouthed Treasure-hunting Adventurer Dude being there and taking screentime away from other secondary characters I love like Jenny and Irving.


The Flash

- One of my earliest Flash review posts I talked about how uninterested I was in Cisco and Caitlin. I'm happy to report now I have totally grown super attached to them and I love them so muh-huh-huch. And I love TEAMS and Barry and Caitlin and Cisco and Joe are so great and they are my TEAM and <3.

- Dr Wells is not included in that because he's clearly EVULZ but even if that is a red herring and he's not actually EVULZ he's still pretty much a douchenozzle. I have not read any Flash comics whatsoever nor know anything about the character's history or storylines so I have no idea who Wells is supposed to be (although I have seen people saying they're changing the comics stories anyway) but like I'm 95% sure that Wells is some sort of alternate timeline Barry Allen from the future, 3% positive he's Barry's Sekrit Dad, and 2% positive he's Barry's kid from the future. I'm probably 100% wrong.

- First Abbie and Ichabod karaoke and then Barry and Caitlin karaoke. SO ADORABLE. <3 Crying because Caitlin is terrible at singing and holding her liquor and Barry is such a good friend and HELP. While watching that episode my boyfriend was all "oh my god would these two just bang already" and I was like yes good come to the shipping dark side. I don't know if I actually ship it I guess. I'm kind of not shipping anyone on this show. I just want them to be happyyyyy.

Arrow

- I always enjoy the "team without their stalwart hero band together to continue fighting the good fight in the hero's absense" storylines. (Team Angel without Angel was one of my favorites of all time.) I'm glad Felicity's back on board too.

- Ray continues to leave me with "meh whatever" feelings although Brandon Routh can be so adorable sometimes. And I endgame Oliver/Felicity too hard to care about this Felicity/Ray stuff. Especially with how sudden it feels.

- I really don't understand what's going on with Thea. I'm just confused. Also for some reason I thought Merlyn told her Oliver was the Arrow but now she doesn't seem to know and I'm like what happened. Did I make that up in my brain?

- Diggle in Arrow getup gives me life and needs to happen every episode. Unf.

- Is it me or are all the China flashbacks kind of boring? I'm really missing the island, and I think that's saying something ahaha.

- Hey Laurel. I kinda like you now. CONGRATS.

- My heart is sad for detective Lance :( When he finds out about Sara. :( :( :( No.

Agent Carter

- is the best new show this year all other contenders get out of my face

- we better get a full season this fall

- help I'm in love with Peggy

I think it looks really good! I mean, in the long list of superheroes I have trouble caring about, Daredevil is on it for sure, but he's more towards the middle rather than the top, so I'm really just more generally pumped about the start of these Netflix series in general (CAN'T WAIT FOR JESSICA JONES). Also basically everything Marvel puts out is a+++ quality so even if I don't care about Daredevil now I probably will after watching what is sure to be an a+ tv series.

I'm not here for evil Katrina, simply because that is the easiest way/easiest excuse to have them kill her off.
Fandom dislikes her? Let's find a way to please fandom, and kill her off, yaaaaay. Not.
So while the storyline itself might have potential, I'm not here for the fan pandering.

the flashbacks always are, and always were boring.
I enjoyed them much more when I was marathoning the show, but on their own, week to week, they're lacking.
and I agree about Ray being meh :P

I am of course behind on Sleepy Hollow, not sure its going to make the cut but at least Abbie/Ichabod are doing well.

THE FLASHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH OMG the writers are doing a really good job there because the show doesn't really have any week links and every single scene between every character is like Do i ship it? Or are they just the best Bros? Because either is fine and its so pretty. UGH Caitlin/BARRY/Ciscooooooo i love them all. I like Iris and Joe and even Eddie tbh. Wells can go though LOL

ARROWWWW also doing great, I care a little more about Laurel now but Ray is going down in my appreciation scale. I hate most of his scenes with Felicity because they make me like Felicity less. :( BUT I love the team without oliverrrr and Laurel is ok. although i freaking hate that they pretended to be Sara even for a good cause :( JUST FREAKING TELL HIM.

Agent Carter though. THE MOST IMPORTANT PART OF THIS.

The only thing i'm not 100% into on Agent Carter is the scenes with people that aren't peggy and other people that aren't peggy, and also Briget Regans Acting is a little over the top on Dottie. A lot of unhinged staring on the room search, but maybe that's what they are going for.

I have mixed feelings about evil Katrina. On the one hand, I think it's probably the only way the writers will ever make her interesting. Note: It is not the only way to actually MAKE her interesting, but the writers seem to care so little for the character that I think the only way they'd even try with her is if they made her evil. On the other hand, evil Katrina would almost surely need to be killed off at some point and I do not want that to happen. So I'm torn :) I want Katrina to be interesting and I can't see that happening unless they make her evil but I also want her to live. So...yeah...But if they can make her evil without killing her off, I'd love it.

Hawley was the absolute worst and I pray we've seen the last of him. I think the writers realized how poorly received the character was so I don't expect him to be in season 3 -- if we get a third season -- but he might show up again before season 2 ends.


I don't know much of anything about the Flash comics either but it's bothered me that no one recognizes Wells for the evil dude he obviously is. I mean, even Oliver knew something was up with him! How is it that no one else, save Joe, has seen his shadiness yet?


I'm not a huge Oliver fan so that probably influences things but I loved watching Team Arrow try to make it work without him. And I thought the same about Malcolm telling Thea so maybe it was a mass hallucination? IDK...I know earlier in the season I was convinced she knew but then a few episodes ago they had the Arrow confront her and she was oblivious and it just really threw me. The China flashbacks are incredibly dull. And I was pretty excited for them because I dig Amanda, but man, they've been boring. I can't figure out why they haven't told Lance yet. Do they really think they can keep up this ruse forever? Do they really think it'll hurt any less 10 months from now? I know Laurel was originally worried about his health but it looks like his heart problems could be an on-going thing so it's not like telling him down the line will guarantee he doesn't get sick again.

I'm so behind on TV! Miss a couple of days and that's it.

I kind of wish they weren't going the evil!Katrina route. I liked her--or at least the idea of her, and I think there was a lot of potential in getting her take on the modern world. On the other hand, they don't seem to be doing that or anything else with her, so maybe this is the best I can hope for.
